New more single minded and sportier version of standard Super Duke, it has numerous carbon Powerparts fitted but also has superior  race spec suspension, black fork tubes, single seat and tail cowling. Cosmetically the frame is orange and the rest is black !

990 Super Duke Orange 2008

For 2008 the Super Duke has only minor fueling changes to smooth out power. Radial mounted front Brembo brake calipers are also fitted along with 2008 spec White Power suspension  plus less orange and more black makes this years 990 look awesome.

KTM's Big SuperMoto gets even bigger for 2008 Its now fitted with the Fuel Injected 75 degree 990cc Vee twin engine from the Super Duke, but with different cams to give more mid-range grunt it also  has a re-styled Headlight, Super Duke speedo and bigger 19 litre fuel tank. 990 Super MotoR Orange 2008

All new model for 2008 which replaces the 640 Duke model,  The engine has been tweaked to produce 65 BHP helped by the under slung silencer the Japanese designed Keihin EPT (Electronic Power Throttle) ensures  smooth power delivery from tickover to max rpm. 690 also has a slipper clutch and Brembo radial mounted front caliper gripping 320mm floating disc. The Duke model has five spoke cast wheels with tubeless tyres fitted and 140mm travel suspension for road focused handling.
